Lithium Difluorophosphate (LiPO2F2 / LiDFP) (CAS: 24389-25-1), as a high performance additive of electrolyte for rechargeable Lithium-ion battery, effectively reduces the resistance of SEI layer formed on the electrode under low temperature, and reduces self-discharge of the battery. Adding of Lithium Difluorophosphate can reduce the usage of Lithium Hexafluorophosphate (LiPF6). In secondary lithium ion battery system, it can effectively improve the battery expansion by inhibiting hydrogen fluoride generation in the electrolyte as an additive, and at the same time, By exerting its unique SEI membrane-forming capacity and reducing the charge resistance, the high, low temperature and circulating performance can be improved. Excellent thermal stability, hydrolysis resistance and corrosion-free to aluminum foil, etc.
